Quick & Easy Cooking Instructions

- The noodle cake is already infused withsoup essence - 

 

Stove Method (2 Minutes):

1. Bring 400ml of water to a boil.

2. Add the noodle cake and cook for2minutes until loose.

3. Pour both the noodles and the flavorful brothinto a bowl and serve.

 

Microwave Method (3 Minutes):

1. Place the noodle cake in a microwave-safebowl.

2. Pour 400ml of boiling water over the noodlesuntil fully submerged.

3. Microwave at 800W for 3 minutes.


Ingredients: Wheat flour, Shrimp Roe, Egg, Edible salt, Sugar, Flavor enhancer (621), Colour (102), Acidity regulators (500, 501)
Net Weight: 45g per piece, 2 packs per box 
Storage: Store at room temperature in a dry and cool place.
Shelf Life: 15 months 
Origin: Hong Kong

Due to slight presence of alkaline water, the natural odor of the flour may smell like oily odor. This is normal and will disappear once cooked.
