How to cook:
Step 1: Simply place the noodles in 400mL of boiling water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it loosens, adjust the cooking time according to your preference. Alternatively, place the noodle in a bowl, add 400ml of boiling water (enough to cover the noodles), then microwave at 800W for 3 minutes.
Step 2: Put the beef brisket pack and soup pack (do not open them) in hot water for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Add the dried flatfish soup pack, dried shallots, and seasoning powder into the bowl, then add about 200 ml of hot water.
Step 4. Pour the cooked noodles and beef brisket into the bowl with the dried flatfish soup and serve.
