Shrimp Roe:

The very soul of Hong Kong's umami, this powder is made from the finest shrimp roe, meticulously refined through our exclusive secret process. It locks the rich, sweet essence of the ocean into every grain. Just a light sprinkle instantly infuses dishes like noodles, congee, fried rice, simple steamed eggs, or blanched vegetables with a deep and captivating oceanic freshness.

Supreme Shrimp Roe Noodles:

Our "Shrimp Roe Noodle" were already a masterpiece, but this "Supreme Shrimp Roe Noodle" takes it to an entirely new level. Both the umami and aroma are further elevated. Crafted with a traditional secret recipe and enhanced with premium shrimp roe.

Wing Lok Special XO Sauce:

Ingredients: Soybean Oil, Garlic, Dried Shrimp, Scallop, Salt, Chilli, Sugar, Peanuts, Sesame, Llicium Verum, Liquorice Root, Flavor Enhancer (E621).

Shelf Life: 1 year

Storage method: Store in cool and dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.

Notes:

Sauce products contain peanuts. Individuals with peanut allergies should avoid consumption.

How to cook: Add shrimp roe directly into noodles, steamed egg, steam tofu etc.

Supreme rich shrimp roe noodles:

How to cook:

The noodle comes with its own essence. Simply place it in 400mL of boiling water and cook for 2 minutes until it loosens, then serve with the soup in a bowl immediately. Alternatively, place the noodle in a bowl, add 400ml of boiling water (enough to cover the noodles), then microwave at 800W for 3 minutes.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Shrimp Roe, Egg, Edible salt, Sugar, Flavor enhancer (621), Colour (102), Acidity regulators (500, 501)

Storage: Store at room temperature in a dry and cool place.

Shelf Life: 15 months

Due to slight presence of alkaline water, the natural odor of the flour may smell like oily odor. This is normal and will disappear once cooked.
